About Dielle Studios

About Me

Hi! I'm Dionne, the owner of Dielle Studios, and I'm the designer and general contractor you've been searching for! I bring a unique passion to every project and I'm always ready for a new challenge! I took a leap of faith, leaving behind my previous career to follow my true calling, which is remodeling and creating beautiful spaces. The journey to where I am now has been a lot of work but worth every moment because I genuinely love what I do.

What sets me apart is my boundless creativity, a keen ear for listening to your needs and desires, and a fearless approach to innovation. I'm an avid learner, always eager to explore fresh ideas and techniques to ensure your home becomes a space that not only meets your expectations but leaves you genuinely excited about the transformation. I value honesty, high-quality work, doing what needs to be done to make homes safe, consistent communication, and going the extra mile.

One of my deepest passions is creating a safe space for women to have work done in their homes. I understand that many women feel uncomfortable having men in their homes due to unfortunate experiences in this world. I hope to fill in the gap, and be an encouragement to other women, by being one of the few female general contractors in the industry. By leading projects and doing much of the work myself, I aim to provide a secure environment where women feel at ease and respected.

To add to that, I want everyone to feel safe, heard, and valued. We need more love in this world, and I strive to be an example of inclusion and compassion. Everyone deserves to have a healthy, safe home and to feel respected in the process. I don't cut corners—safety is my top priority in every project. I'm transparent with homeowners about necessary fixes and take the time to do the job right. My attention to detail ensures that even the smallest aspects of your project are meticulously handled.

With a degree in kinesiology and an emphasis on sports medicine, I use my knowledge of the human body and its functions in my designs. I believe in the importance of aging in place and creating multigenerational homes. If someone has a disability or special need, I welcome the opportunity to get creative and design something that works for them. During college, I wrote a paper describing my coaching style as a "mullet"—business in the front, party in the back. This also describes my work style: getting things done accurately and efficiently while enjoying the process.

My top five CliftonStrengths are empathy, individualization, strategic, positivity, and communication. You can expect to see these strengths reflected in my design and work. Let's embark on this journey together to create a home that reflects your vision and exceeds your expectations!
